MetaLex

MetaLex is an open XML standard for the markup of legal sources. Version 1.0 of this standard was presented to the general public at the EGOV conference (part of DEXA 2002, Aix-en-Provence) on September 3rd. It is developed in cooperation with Application Engineers and the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (DTCA) within the E-POWER IST project.
The MetaLex standard is input to the MetaLex/CEN workshop standardisation effort.
