Council for the Judiciary

The Dutch Council for the Judiciary has recently started a project on case management. In this project the Council for the Judiciary, Unisys and the Leibniz Center for Law collaborate in an investigation on the potential support for the courts using case management and workflow management. The project has an international orientation. An international survey and visits to sites in countries like Austria, Belgium and Australia are already planned. Learning from best practices should speed up the process in the Netherlands. The project aims at improving the courts’ productivity, speed and quality. In this project we will also cooperate with the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary (ENCJ).
